So there will come a time when you will need to change out the faucet whether it be in your bathroom or even kitchen, But how will you know when its time to change that faucet?

Well of course you could always just replace that faucet because you are re modeling one of the rooms or even because you feel that the fixture is “outdated”, BUT there are some true warning signs you should look for when those conditions do not apply.

Look for rotting pipes and connections on your fixtures, Places you can see the pipes are

• Under the cabinet base
• In crawl spaces
• Behind fixtures ( pedestal sinks )
• The fixture or faucet itself

As you can see in the pictures above that the pipes and the faucet are clearly starting to rot and in the future these things will start to leak for sure!
